📋 Description

• Assist in the establishment, upkeep, and integration of marketing automation technology and programming via our CRM platform.

• Utilize a data-driven approach to Go-to-Market strategies, collaborating with the business to create comprehensive, integrated marketing and sales programs that are directly tied to pipeline growth and revenue generation.

• Create and manage lead-scoring models and lead-routing workflows to guarantee that high-quality marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) are promptly acted upon by sales.

• Implement best practices for modern marketing execution, including data compliance, cross-channel coordination, leveraging Microsoft Copilot to enhance campaign assets, integrating generative AI, conducting A/B testing, account-based marketing, and more.

• Develop a comprehensive collection of playbooks and documented best practices for future training and onboarding sessions.

• Manage the 'Lead-to-Revenue' feedback loop by performing monthly pipeline assessments with Sales Leadership to enhance lead quality, boost conversion rates, and ensure strong alignment between marketing efforts and regional sales objectives.

• Support and/or spearhead key market initiatives such as sector-specific splash campaigns, cross-practice targeting efforts, and account-based sales strategies.

• Collaborate with our Solutions & Innovation team and business practices in formulating client-focused commercial strategies, including value propositions, messaging frameworks, and supporting sales materials.

• Serve as a liaison within the organization, engaging with various stakeholders including subject matter experts, service lines, and leadership.


⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding and proven track record of managing intricate, global campaigns that involve multiple stakeholder groups and channels.

• Strong combination of strategic insight and exceptional execution skills, including time management and meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent interpersonal and active listening abilities, with the capacity to recognize challenges and opportunities through discussions with internal stakeholders and key clients.

• Exceptional skills in Copilot, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, along with experience in marketing automation technologies and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Zoominfo, HubSpot, Sales Navigator).

• Superior written and verbal communication skills in English (additional European languages such as German, Dutch, and/or French are advantageous).
