GTM and Analytics Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Your main responsibility will be to assist both internal and external clients in implementing (complex) tracking and resolving any issues that may arise.

• You are expected to demonstrate exceptional initiative and enthusiasm to accomplish tasks.

• While you may not initially know how to tackle certain challenges, you are resourceful enough to find solutions by consulting the right individuals, researching online, and experimenting.

• We seek an individual who is motivated to set up processes flawlessly, yet practical enough to incorporate some redundancy and provide acceptable data when an ideal setup is not feasible.

• Strong problem-solving skills are essential; you should be able to deconstruct a technical issue into manageable parts and execute accordingly.

• Your role will involve liaising with both internal and external teams to gain support, clarify issues, and update on progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience managing Google Tags (GTM) for web properties, including implementation, coding, testing, and ongoing maintenance.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GA3/GA4.

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript is required.

• Demonstrated experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Amplitude, along with a solid understanding of digital analytics and web traffic metrics.

• Good-level knowledge in Web Analytics, covering strategy, requirements, implementation, validation, and reporting, particularly with Google Analytics.

• Familiarity with third-party tagging and pixel creation is essential.

• Experience transitioning GA accounts from UA to GA4 is preferred.

• Proficiency in spoken and written English communication is a must.
