GTM and Analytics Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Your main responsibility is to assist both internal and external clients in implementing (complex) tracking systems and resolving any issues that may occur. **You should possess a high level of initiative and enthusiasm to ensure tasks are completed. Even if you are unsure how to proceed, you will find the solutions through effective communication with the right individuals, conducting research, and experimenting. **We seek an individual who is motivated to achieve optimal setups while also being practical enough to incorporate redundancy and deliver "good enough data" when an ideal configuration is not feasible. Strong problem-solving abilities are essential, allowing you to deconstruct technical issues into manageable components and execute effectively.**

• You will be tasked with liaising with both internal and external teams to gain support, clarify issues, and update on progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience managing Google Tags (GTM) for web properties, including overseeing implementation, coding, testing, and ongoing maintenance.

• At least 2 years of experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GA3/GA4.

• Basic understanding of JavaScript.

• Demonstrated experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Amplitude, coupled with a strong grasp of digital analytics and web traffic metrics.

• Solid knowledge of Web Analytics (strategy, requirements, implementation, validation, reporting), particularly with Google Analytics.

• Familiarity with third-party tagging, pixel creation, and related tasks.

• Experience in migrating GA accounts from UA to GA4.

• Proficiency in spoken and written English communication.
