This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and uphold essential performance metrics and dashboards to monitor revenue performance across sales, marketing, and customer success.
• Examine revenue data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.
• Deliver actionable insights to senior leadership and business stakeholders to guide decision-making.
• Assist in and sustain the integrations of our go-to-market tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Marketo, etc.).
• Clarify ambiguous questions and generate new insights through a comprehensive understanding of the data, our customers, and our business.
• Capable of translating technical and quantitative analyses into clear and actionable recommendations.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 4 years of experience in analytics/data science, finance, or a strategic role within a technology company.
• Proficient SQL skills are essential.
• Previous experience with DBT & Looker (or other BI tools) is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with SaaS business models and key performance metrics.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to drive data initiatives and enhance data maturity across the organization.
