This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
β’ Ownership from alpha to production β transition newly developed agents from a working version 1 to a production-ready state by writing evaluations, refining prompts and tool definitions, and transforming prototype scaffolding into polished, production-quality code.
β’ Observability and stability β implement tracing, logging, and monitoring across the agent fleet to identify regressions before our 120+ GTM users do.
β’ Deployment and infrastructure β establish and maintain the pipelines that deliver agents to users seamlessly, ensuring environment parity and release hygiene on our GCP stack.
β’ Database management β oversee how agents interact with our databases for reading and writing, ensuring safety and scalability.
β’ Fleet upkeep β monitor agent performance in production, address issues, and implement a continuous stream of enhancements that make an agent essential rather than merely functional.
β’ Collaborate closely with the GTM AI team β enable our agent developers to focus on their core strengths while you manage scaling and reliability.
β’ Provide an external perspective β highlight areas of improvement in our builds and support your insights with actionable plans for rectification.
β’ Over 4 years of experience in software engineering, platform/infrastructure engineering, or a similar technical role, preferably within a B2B SaaS organization.
β’ Proficient in terminal operations on a daily basis, with a strong grasp of GitHub pull requests and deployment workflows.
β’ Experience with cloud hosting solutions β Kubernetes, VMs, or similar; familiarity with Google Cloud is highly preferred.
β’ Knowledge of how agents interact with and modify databases, along with some practical database administration experience.
β’ Understanding of LLM-based application development, including prompt engineering, tool/function calling, evaluations, and modern agent frameworks.
β’ Capability to accurately prompt AI tools, critically assess their outputs, and guide them in self-qualifying their work β this role is AI-native rather than focused on hand coding.
β’ Resourceful enough to iterate quickly, yet disciplined in maintaining consistency as solutions scale.
β’ Possess a distinct viewpoint and the courage to question existing build methodologies.
