
GTM Account Executive – Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Identify and investigate target accounts within the HRTech and mid-market sectors.
• Engage with prospective clients through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and events to create qualified opportunities.
• Continuously develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects to achieve revenue growth objectives.
• Conduct discovery calls to comprehend client requirements and evaluate suitability for Horizons’ EOR and payroll solutions.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to transfer high-quality leads and ensure seamless progression through the pipeline.
• Recognize emerging market trends, customer challenges, and competitor movements.
• When appropriate, advance opportunities and finalize deals, gaining exposure to the complete sales cycle.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or outbound prospecting (experience in HRTech, payroll, or EOR is advantageous).
• Demonstrated success in outbound lead generation, scheduling meetings, and building a sales pipeline.
• Excellent communication skills: capable of crafting persuasive outreach and engaging with decision-makers.
• Highly organized, resilient, and goal-oriented, with the capacity to manage a substantial volume of outreach.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (such as Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools (like Outreach, SalesLoft, etc.).
• Ambitious self-starter eager to transition into a closing AE role over time.
• Proficient in English (C2 or equivalent); Spanish is a plus.
