This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Identify and research target accounts within the HRTech and mid-market sectors.
• Engage potential clients through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and events to create qualified opportunities.
• Continuously develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects to meet revenue growth objectives.
• Conduct discovery calls to comprehend client requirements and evaluate compatibility with Horizons’ EOR and payroll solutions.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to transfer high-quality leads and facilitate seamless pipeline advancement.
• Recognize emerging market trends, customer challenges, and competitor activities.
• When suitable, advance opportunities and close deals, gaining insight into the complete sales cycle.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or outbound prospecting (experience in HRTech, payroll, or EOR is advantageous).
• Demonstrated success in outbound lead generation, securing meetings, and building a pipeline.
• Excellent communication skills: proficient in crafting persuasive outreach and engaging with decision-makers.
• Highly organized, resilient, and target-oriented, capable of managing a high volume of outreach.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (such as Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools (like Outreach, SalesLoft).
• Ambitious self-starter aspiring to evolve into a closing AE role over time.
• Proficiency in English (C2 or equivalent); Spanish is a plus.
