This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in defining functional requirements for GTAS processes, data structures, edits, and submission outputs.
• Convert Treasury GTAS requirements into business rules and inputs for functional design.
• Provide guidance on adherence to USSGL, TAS reporting, Treasury edits, and reporting control standards.
• Establish requirements for adjusted trial balance reporting, attributes, validations, and necessary submission data.
• Collaborate with accounting, reporting, data, and integration teams on account mappings, attribute assignments, and traceability from source to report.
• Evaluate and validate solution designs to ensure that GTAS outputs are complete, accurate, and delivered on time.
• Facilitate the resolution of data, mapping, feeder file, and reconciliation issues that impact GTAS preparedness.
• Detect data gaps, compliance challenges, and control factors that may influence the quality of Treasury reporting or the timeliness of submissions.
• Assist in SIT, UAT, deployment, and stabilization efforts related to GTAS integration and reporting.
• Current CPA license, with experience in auditing federal financial statements or preparing federal agencies for audits.
• Understanding of GTAS, adjusted trial balance reporting, USSGL, TAS structure, and Treasury validation criteria.
• Background in federal financial reporting, trial balance reconciliation, and source-to-report processes.
• Capability to translate policy and reporting requirements into functional requirements and business rules.
• Experience collaborating with general ledger, financial reporting, data, and system integration teams.
• Proficient in reconciliation, data analysis, and validation of mappings.
• DoD experience is a plus.
