GST Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist with all operational functions related to bank partners, ensuring that operational, capability, and technical network requirements are met.

• Address and resolve operational issues reported internally or by partners, collaborating with appropriate internal teams.

• Work together with GNP Business Development, GNS Technology, and GNO Network teams to tackle issues.

• Ensure that partners follow and comply with AEGN operational policies.

• Identify underlying causes, drive solutions, and create proactive strategies to prevent recurrence.

• Collaborate directly with GNS network partners and internal teams across various workstreams to achieve deadlines.

• Oversee global network initiatives and programs, managing records and tracking progress.

• Liaise with multiple stakeholders and assist Project Managers on GNS partner projects.

• Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external partners at various organizational levels.

• Foster working relationships across Business Development, Technologies, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and the General Counsel’s Office.

• Challenge established processes to enhance self-service options for small and medium-sized banks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Proficiency in both Portuguese and English is mandatory.

• Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage.

• Experience with payment methods in the Brazilian market and other regions is preferred.

• Strong understanding of the Amex Network's technical and operational landscape.

• Experience in customer service and the ability to resolve day-to-day operational issues calmly and effectively.

• Expertise in relationship management with the capability to influence stakeholders internally and externally without direct authority.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to customize a professional communication style for individuals at all levels within the organization.

• Highly self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of working independently in a matrix management environment.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.

• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

• Project management experience is advantageous.
