This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the GSI Strategy.
• Develop and implement Deepgram’s strategy with specific named GSI and consulting partners.
• Create joint value propositions, account plans, solution plays, and establish executive governance cadences.
• Position Deepgram as a strategic partner in AI and voice technology within each organization.
• Drive Partner Revenue Motions:
• Sell-to motions: Integrate Deepgram into partner AI platforms, accelerators, and delivery frameworks.
• Sell-through motions: Empower partners to package and deliver repeatable enterprise AI solutions.
• Sell-with motions: Collaborate in co-selling to enterprise accounts with partner account teams and Deepgram sellers.
• Build Partner-Sourced Pipeline:
• Be responsible for partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline objectives.
• Achieve measurable revenue results through strategic co-selling execution.
• Implement forecasting, attribution, and reporting across the partner funnel.
• Create Joint Solutions & Enablement:
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Solutions, and GTM teams to create industry-specific offerings and reference architectures.
• Develop scalable enablement programs, including certifications, sales plays, demos, and technical training.
• Enable hundreds—eventually thousands—of partner sellers and practitioners.
• Operate AI-Natively: This role emphasizes an AI-forward approach, utilizing AI systems, agents, automation, and workflows to efficiently scale partner operations.
• Represent Deepgram Externally:
• Act as a senior external representative for Deepgram during executive briefings, partner summits, QBRs, and industry events.
• Cultivate a strong perspective on the future of Voice AI, enterprise AI transformation, and the GSI ecosystem.
• Partner Cross-Functionally:
• Work closely with teams in Enterprise Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Leadership.
• Eliminate barriers and expedite partner-driven revenue growth.
• Over 8 years of experience in Partner Management, Alliances, Business Development, or Enterprise Sales.
• 3-5 years of direct experience managing GSI relationships with firms such as Deloitte, Accenture, TCS, Capgemini, Infosys, EY, PwC, KPMG, or similar.
• Proven track record in establishing sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with strategies.
• Demonstrated capability to build and expand partnerships from the ground up or in early-stage settings.
• Strong comprehension of GSI operations across alliances, verticals, delivery organizations, and executive sponsorship frameworks.
• Experience with enterprise AI ecosystems, including LLMs, agentic AI, CCaaS, and cloud co-selling strategies.
• Practical experience utilizing AI tools, automation, workflows, or internal systems to enhance operational scalability.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Analytical mindset combined with robust operational rigor and pipeline management.
