GSI NAM Service Project Management Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversees the strategic management of comprehensive after-sales services for utility and industrial clients.

• Directs a high-achieving team of Project Managers tasked with executing transactional services, Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSAs), system enhancements, and intricate brownfield installation and commissioning projects.

• Maintains Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility, ensuring projects meet the highest quality, safety, and financial criteria.

• Focuses on driving operational excellence, cultivating a culture of accountability, and providing mentorship to the team.

• Establishes and nurtures executive-level relationships to guarantee exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Leads select high-complexity or high-stakes strategic initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Established history in complex project management and organizational leadership.

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required.

• At least 10 years of experience in project management, with a minimum of 5 years demonstrating success in managing and developing high-performing teams.

• Language skills - Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory; fluency in French is highly advantageous.

• Previous experience in Transmission and Distribution substation engineering for utilities and renewable energy power plants.
