This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Become a part of our team as a GSA MAS Consultant.
• Create innovative solutions with a strong emphasis on integrity.
• Offer consulting services in the field of federal procurement.
• Develop GSA MAS proposals while ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Cultivate client relationships and provide guidance on growth strategies.
• 15–20+ years of dedicated experience in GSA MAS and federal procurement consulting.
• Demonstrated success in crafting and submitting a minimum of 50 GSA MAS proposals across high-demand SINs and sectors.
• Proficient in at least 9 out of 12 MAS Large Categories, along with their respective SINs and subcategories.
• Comprehensive understanding of GSA MAS compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Proposal documentation expertise including CSPs, technical narratives, templates, and SIP.
• Skills in clause interpretation and strategies for solicitation compliance.
• Knowledge of MAS refresh cycles, policy updates, and submission requirements.
• Practical experience in mapping SINs against NAICs.
• Ability to establish labor categories, pricing structures, and service/product offerings.
• Experience collaborating with CTAs, JVs, and small-business initiatives like Startup Springboard.
• Familiarity with technical tools such as GSA Advantage, CALC, eLibrary, eOffer/eMod, SIP, and other relevant tracking systems crucial for price development.
• Understanding of AI tools that aid in constructing core components of the GSA-MAS proposal, such as technical and pricing elements.
• Extensive experience in post-award actions including MASS modifications, pricing adjustments, and catalog maintenance.
• Capability to handle client communications, assess requirements, provide customized MAS entry strategies, and advise on strategic growth opportunities.
• Experience working with or for the GSA, or as an approved GSA consultant/vendor (preferred).
• Exceptional written communication skills for technical and proposal documentation.
• Effective collaboration with internal teams, including pricing analysts, compliance teams, and business development.
• Professional demeanor in government interactions, particularly with Contracting Officers.
• Strong capability in managing client relationships throughout the entire MAS lifecycle.
