Growth Systems Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance internal retention dashboards and automated workflows for the Agent Success team.

• Develop intricate PostgreSQL queries, RPCs, materialized views, and scheduled pg_cron jobs.

• Create and maintain Deno/TypeScript Edge Functions that support automations, API synchronizations, and SendGrid email alerts.

• Perform incremental and full synchronizations with OData and REST APIs.

• Implement deduplication strategies, backfill processes, and data quality checks.

• Troubleshoot broken UI logic, resolve display issues, and expand React functionality.

• Analyze source data to detect discrepancies and address underlying causes.

• Oversee and refresh scheduled notifications, alert emails, weekly list distributions, and nightly data refresh tasks.

• Document SQL, function definitions, and handoff procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in PostgreSQL beyond basic query operations.

• Familiarity with CTEs, window functions, materialized views, pg_cron, and performance optimization using EXPLAIN ANALYZE and indexing strategies.

• Experience with Supabase Edge Functions leveraging Deno/TypeScript.

• Knowledge of RPC design, vault secrets, and Row-Level Security (RLS).

• Proficient in Deno/TypeScript or JavaScript.

• Proven experience in integrating REST and OData APIs.

• Strong understanding of Git and GitHub, including the deployment of Edge Functions.

• Preferred experience in React frontend debugging and enhancements.

• Familiarity with SendGrid or equivalent transactional email services is preferred.

• ETL expertise involving incremental synchronizations, deduplication, and backfill logic is preferred.

• Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools like Lovable, Cursor, or Claude Code is preferred.

• Previous experience in PropTech, real estate technology, or brokerage back-office operations is preferred.

• Capability to work independently, investigate intricate data issues, and reason about business data.

• Methodical approach to diagnosing data issues and validating assumptions.
