This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
β’ The Growth Support Specialist collaborates with the Community Liaison/Business Development team to facilitate patient admissions and enhance census growth.
β’ Engages in inbound and outbound communication with patients and referral partners, outlining the advantages of enrollment with the company and arranging the initial appointment.
β’ Responsible for verifying patient insurance coverage.
β’ Handles both internal and external inquiries concerning patient eligibility and admission processes.
β’ Provides education to patients and referral partners about our commitment to delivering high-quality, personalized healthcare at home for those who require it the most.
β’ Complies with internal quality, productivity, standard work expectations, and compliance standards.
β’ Possesses a comprehensive understanding of eligibility and enrollment processes for the Medical Group.
β’ Ensures timely and professional responses to direct emailed inquiries.
β’ High School diploma or its equivalent.
β’ A minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare-related field.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
β’ Excellent customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
β’ Professional demeanor, reliable, and self-motivated.
β’ Must possess effective and professional communication skills with all personnel levels, both within and outside the organization.
