📋 Description

• Performing analyses and managing work streams within significant and impactful strategy initiatives.

• Engaging in interviews and collaborative sessions with leaders in Enterprise Growth and throughout the wider organization.

• Executing industry, market, competitor, and financial analyses while uncovering insights for Humana.

• Producing top-notch analyses and deliverables that effectively outline objectives, issues, and challenges, along with presenting insightful conclusions and recommendations.

• Collaborating effectively with team members and leaders across the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with exceptional academic performance.

• Over 2 years of full-time experience in healthcare/managed care strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate/business unit strategy, or finance, showcasing a strong leadership record.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and proven capacity to conduct complex quantitative and qualitative analyses.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to swiftly establish and nurture trust with business leaders.

• Highly collaborative and adaptable with a team-oriented approach.

• Proven experience in mentoring and developing junior team members.
