Growth Strategy Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Executing analysis and/or work streams within prominent, impactful strategy initiatives.

• Engaging in interviews and collaborative sessions with leaders in Medicare and Medicaid as well as across the wider organization.

• Performing industry, market, competitor, and financial analyses while uncovering insights for Humana.

• Producing high-quality analyses and deliverables that effectively outline objectives, issues, and challenges, and present insightful findings and recommendations.

• Collaborating effectively with fellow team members and leaders throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with exceptional academic achievements.

• A minimum of 2 years of full-time experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate/business unit strategy, or finance, showcasing a strong leadership record.

• Robust problem-solving capabilities and a proven track record of conducting complex quantitative and qualitative analyses.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to swiftly establish and maintain trust with business leaders.

• Highly collaborative, adaptable, and focused on teamwork.

• Proven ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
