• Become the in-house authority on the logic and algorithms of KURSNET and mein NOW.
• Oversee technical accuracy, keyword density, and the performance of listings.
• Continuously enhance course descriptions, metadata, and categorization within both portals to optimize visibility and convert traffic into qualified leads.
• Conduct in-depth research to identify and map high-intent search terms directly to our course listings.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of listings across both platforms.
• Expand our reach by managing and enhancing our presence on additional platforms, including WIS (IHK), Kursfinder, and regional portals across all federal states.
• Utilize Edtelligent to manage and synchronize listings across regional portals.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to ensure accuracy and keyword richness in all course copy and portal listings.
• Utilize AI-powered tools where applicable to streamline keyword research, listing audits, and content refinement.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in portal management, digital marketing, or a data-driven marketing role.
• While experience with KURSNET and/or mein NOW is not mandatory, it is a significant advantage; familiarity with Edtelligent is also beneficial.
• Native-level proficiency in German is essential for managing German portal backends and comprehending nuanced search intent.
• C1 level English (both written and spoken) is necessary for collaboration with our international team.
• Comfortable working with data: confidently analyze performance data to inform decision-making.
• You perceive platform management as a data-optimization challenge rather than merely a data-entry task.
• You take pride in delivering technically accurate, well-structured, and conversion-optimized listings.
• You are passionate about connecting individuals with opportunities that can significantly impact their lives.
• Eager to enhance your skill set and embrace greater responsibilities as time progresses.
• 100% remote work within Germany, with the flexibility to work up to 180 days per year outside Germany (within Europe).
