This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Identify the key element, create compelling copy, develop the landing page, implement distribution strategies, and assess outcomes. You will manage the entire process from start to finish.
β’ Design experiments aimed at achieving significant, non-linear results. This includes distribution strategies, innovative content formats, community initiatives, launch tactics, and partnership collaborations.
β’ Ensure a high standard of quality in every asset produced. This encompasses landing pages, advertisements, emails, social media content, and videos.
β’ Establish precise tracking mechanisms, including UTMs, lead source attribution, and conversion event tracking.
β’ Conduct weekly experiments rather than waiting for quarterly campaigns. Deliver something new each week.
β’ A growth marketer with 3 to 6 years of experience in B2B SaaS or developer tools, preferably in a product-led growth (PLG) environment, who is eager to take charge of an entire growth strategy rather than just a segment of it.
β’ A versatile generalist in a dynamic company who has experience in various aspects of this work (such as content creation, campaign management, experimentation, and operations) and is excited to oversee the entire process.
β’ Capable of writing a technically-oriented article in the morning and executing a conversion test in the afternoon.
β’ Possess strong opinions on why much of B2B marketing fails to make an impact and have the ability to enhance your own work accordingly.
β’ Integrate AI as a fundamental element of your workflow.
β’ Focus on reporting meaningful key performance indicators (KPIs) rather than superficial metrics. Utilize data to identify friction points and take action.
β’ Prefer to launch an imperfect solution this week rather than a flawless one in six weeks. You donβt seek permission.
β’ While you may not currently be familiar with observability, you have a strong desire to learn it in depth.
