This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Establish and nurture robust collaborations with audiologists, ENT specialists, rehabilitation centers, patient associations, and hearing care providers.
• Assist clinics in identifying candidates and following up on activities.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to implement focused clinic initiatives and events.
• Organize and manage professional events, workshops, and awareness campaigns.
• Support candidates throughout the entire hearing implant process with clear, timely, and compassionate communication.
• Offer customized information and assistance to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Handle inbound inquiries and ensure a premium candidate experience.
• Aid local consumer events and informational sessions.
• Track and manage candidate interactions within CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Work together with candidate communities to enhance engagement and awareness.
• Implement local DTC and DTP initiatives to generate qualified leads.
• Collaborate with Marketing (CE & EMEA) to execute successful local campaigns (both online and offline).
• Ensure all activities conform to brand, compliance, and quality standards.
• Assist in localizing marketing materials for the Swiss market.
• Coordinate local processes throughout the candidate journey.
• Maintain precise CRM data and reporting.
• Monitor KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, event performance) and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Share insights and feedback with regional teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and compliance standards.
• Background in Business, Marketing, Health Sciences, or a related field (preferably a university degree).
• 2–3 years of experience in a customer-facing position.
• Experience in medical devices, hearing care, or life sciences is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• High degree of empathy and confidence when interacting with both patients and healthcare professionals.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities with strong follow-up and time management skills.
• Language Proficiency:
• German: Fluent
• English: Good working proficiency
• French: Basic knowledge
• Additional Requirements:
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland.
• Valid driving license.
