This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of paid user acquisition for The Dyrt PRO subscription product.
• Oversee paid media performance across both app and web platforms, including budget distribution, campaign execution, and return on investment.
• Manage acquisition volume and efficiency to meet monthly objectives.
• Allocate spending across various platforms, campaigns, and target audiences; amplify successful initiatives and eliminate ineffective ones.
• Create, launch, structure, and maintain campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, and additional ad networks.
• Brief, update, and test advertising creative materials.
• Develop and test custom product pages for the App Store, ensuring alignment between ads, store pages, and landing destinations.
• Validate ad-platform reporting against internal analytics data.
• Manage conversion events, deep links, UTM tracking, and pixel integrity.
• Establish success criteria for testing, analyze outcomes, and determine whether to scale, pause, or modify campaigns.
• Produce weekly and monthly acquisition reports.
• Provide recommendations for upcoming campaigns and budget allocations.
• Collaborate with the Growth Manager from Monday to Wednesday on acquisition and app funnel initiatives.
• Set budgets for weekends and hand over tasks on Wednesday.
• Proven experience managing app install and app event campaigns in Google Ads, Meta, and Apple Search Ads.
• Direct hands-on experience in building and optimizing campaigns within ad platforms, rather than through an agency.
• Experience in allocating and pacing paid budgets in line with volume and efficiency objectives.
• Capability to recommend budget adjustments based on performance analysis.
• Understanding of SKAdNetwork, deep links, custom product pages, store listings, and mobile attribution challenges.
• Skill in reconciling platform-reported outcomes with independent analytics sources.
• Strong written communication skills that are clear and concise.
• A proactive approach with curiosity in utilizing AI and automation for analysis, creative development, and reporting tasks.
• Must be able to work in a U.S. time zone.
• Required to have high-speed internet connectivity.
• Must maintain a professional workspace conducive to clear video conferencing during standard working hours.
