Growth Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Act as the main Solution Architect for designated clients, concentrating on growth, optimization, and the execution of the ongoing ERP/EPM roadmap.

• Ensure comprehensive coverage across the BPC portfolio, guaranteeing that every client has a dedicated Growth Solution Architect contact.

• Align clients with the appropriate Managed Services package (Maintain, Optimize, Enhance) based on their characteristics, maturity, and growth phase.

• Facilitate customer roadmap conversations, pinpointing opportunities for enhancements, new modules, and integrations.

• Promote account growth through upselling/cross-selling of Managed Services, contract renewals, and additional projects.

• Collaborate closely with BPC Alliances (AMO) to leverage relationships within the NetSuite and ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Consultant within NetSuite or comparable ERP environments.

• Strong technical and functional expertise in NetSuite modules (ERP, SuiteBilling, Inventory, EPM, etc.) with the capability to scope and design optimization initiatives.

• Experience in account management, managed services, or ownership of post-go-live customer engagements.

• Ability to handle multiple accounts, prioritize strategic interactions, and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Excellent collaboration skills with sales, alliances, and delivery teams.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills for both executive and end-user audiences.
