This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Take ownership of the website growth and experimentation strategy, ensuring alignment with pipeline, conversion, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Engineering teams to create effective landing pages, campaigns, and website experiences.
• Develop and prioritize a backlog of experiments focusing on messaging, conversion pathways, page templates, and critical user journeys.
• Lead A/B testing and optimization efforts to enhance conversion rates, lead quality, and pipeline generation.
• Specify requirements for website enhancements, content management system (CMS) workflows, and platform capabilities.
• Enhance marketing self-service capabilities by creating reusable templates, components, and scalable workflows.
• Work with Analytics to set up tracking requirements, event taxonomy, reporting, and measurement frameworks.
• Maintain a balance between growth opportunities, technical investments, and engineering capacity through effective prioritization.
• Track website performance and identify areas for improvement in speed, usability, and conversion.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Engineering, Design, and Analytics to ensure initiatives yield measurable results.
• Over 5 years of experience in Growth Product Management, Product Management, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Marketing Technology, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in website optimization, experimentation, customer acquisition, and conversion funnels.
• Proven ability to convert business goals into product specifications, prioritized roadmaps, and measurable results.
• Demonstrated experience in leading A/B testing and experimentation initiatives.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in web analytics, experimentation metrics, funnel analysis, and conversion reporting.
• Familiarity with event tracking, attribution, analytics quality assurance, and performance measurement.
• Experience with headless CMS platforms such as Sanity, Contentful, Storyblok, or similar alternatives.
• Background in using experimentation and personalization platforms like Optimizely, Mutiny, Webflow Optimize, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of digital experience analytics tools such as FullStory, Hotjar, or similar is advantageous.
