Growth Product Manager – Stores Apparel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Define and take ownership of the product roadmap for our apparel eCommerce platforms, focusing on initiatives that enhance business outcomes.

• Discover growth opportunities through customer insights, analytics, experimentation, and thorough market research.

• Spearhead conversion rate optimization efforts throughout the shopping journey utilizing A/B testing and data-driven strategies.

• Collaborate with Acquisition, Retention, Creative, Engineering, Data, and UX teams to create seamless customer experiences.

• Convert business objectives into product initiatives, ensuring alignment among all stakeholders.

• Track and enhance key product metrics such as conversion rate, revenue, customer engagement, and overall user experience.

• Foster ongoing product innovation by recognizing emerging trends, technologies, and customer behaviors.

• Lead Agile product ceremonies and guarantee efficient execution from the discovery phase to delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management within eCommerce, ideally in the apparel, retail, or direct-to-consumer sectors.

• Demonstrated experience in managing product roadmaps and prioritizing initiatives based on their business impact.

• Robust expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), experimentation, and A/B testing methodologies.

• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, or comparable systems.

• Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in tools like GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, Tableau, or similar.

• Experience working in close collaboration with Engineering, UX/UI, Data, and Marketing teams in Agile settings.

• Solid understanding of user acquisition, customer journeys, funnel optimization, and retention strategies.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking capabilities.

• Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance product development, experimentation, or operational efficiency is a significant advantage.
