Growth & Performance Marketing Manager – Beauty & Skincare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will oversee our performance creatives on Meta.

• Over time, you will assume operational leadership of our marketing team, which includes a copywriter, video editor, and potentially other roles.

• You will construct and enhance our funnel architecture (landing pages, product pages, checkout flow) in collaboration with the creative team.

• You will discover new strategies — including channels, angles, markets, and product bundles — and provide detailed implementation plans for each.

• You will evaluate key performance indicators, draw insightful conclusions, and base marketing decisions on data rather than intuition.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing or growth within DTC/e-commerce.

• In-depth, hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads and direct response creative processes.

• A proven history of successfully building or scaling brands.

• Experience in managing small teams (copywriters, video editors, creators).

• Strong skills in funnel thinking and conversion optimization.

• Familiarity with AI-supported workflows in creative production (essential).

• You possess both a hands-on approach and strategic mindset.
