• Evaluate our product alignment, derive insights for enhancements and feature developments to establish Deblock as the premier neo-bank in Milan.

• Expand our external testing panel and increase our organic user base in the city. Cultivate a deeply engaged community.

• Monitor effective strategies and identify areas for improvement, guiding product evolution and brand positioning. Be the key individual who understands the local landscape and can react to market changes.

• You possess the skills to forge connections, build a local network, and transform relationships into commercial partnerships within Milan.

• Native of Milan: You are familiar with the city, have a strong network, and grasp the local culture.

• Product-driven: You are passionate about creating outstanding products, never settling for mediocrity; only excellence is acceptable.

• Analytical and organized: Capable of providing clear insights and constructive feedback to product teams. Clarity in thought ensures consistent results.

• Proficient in both Italian and English.
