This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Manage Lists & CRM Data effectively
• Assist B2B operations by providing targeted lead lists and ensuring CRM data cleanliness in HubSpot
• Contribute to the creation of landing pages, dashboards, and digital products
• Supervise marketing campaigns and uphold performance tracking frameworks
• Partner on performance reporting and content strategy across various channels
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, growth, or operations
• Enthusiastic about AI tools and eager to leverage them for efficiency
• Technically inclined - familiarity with AI tools, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Clay is preferred
• A versatile generalist who excels at managing multiple workstreams at once
• Detail-oriented and capable of working independently
• Adaptable to dynamic environments with shifting priorities
• Solutions-focused and proactive - able to identify issues before they are highlighted
