Growth Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Propel Application Growth

• Formulate and implement strategies to boost loan applications in key markets

• Discover new channels and opportunities to engage prospective students

• Create, evaluate, and expand innovative marketing campaigns (digital, partnerships, content, etc.)

• Consistently test new concepts and refine them based on performance

• Assess funnel performance, campaign metrics, and user behavior

• Identify obstacles and opportunities to enhance conversion rates

• Investigate new methods to connect with and involve target segments (students intending to study abroad)

• Develop creative outreach strategies customized for various regions and personas

• Oversee the complete execution of campaigns - from conception to launch to optimization

• Collaborate across teams with content, product, and partnerships

• Track KPIs such as leads, applications, CAC, and conversion rates

• Maintain a strong emphasis on ROI and scalable growth

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification

• 2–5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related field

• Strong analytical capabilities with the proficiency to interpret data and convert insights into actionable steps

• Demonstrated ability to execute campaigns, not just conceptualize them

• Comfortable conducting experiments and thriving in a test-and-learn atmosphere

• Innovative thinker capable of generating unique ideas to engage new audiences

• Highly adaptable and proficient in navigating a fast-paced, uncertain environment

• Strong sense of ownership and ability to work autonomously

• Familiarity with AI tools for marketing purposes
