This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Create customer journeys that encompass the entire lifecycle, from acquisition and onboarding to retention and re-engagement.
• Regularly test, measure, and enhance campaigns through A/B testing and performance evaluations.
• Utilize AI (Claude) to design email and lifecycle assets, subsequently constructing them as modules and templates within HubSpot.
• Develop and oversee the workflows that drive our customer journeys — including enrollment logic, triggers, branching, and segmentation to provide a highly personalized customer experience.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, Design, and Data teams to launch campaigns that support new products, features, and business initiatives.
• Track lifecycle performance metrics and pinpoint opportunities to enhance customer engagement, conversion, retention, and lifetime value.
• Contribute to the expansion of lifecycle marketing into a scalable function as PolicyMe grows.
• 2-3+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or equivalent roles within a fast-paced technology company, agency, or consumer brand.
• You possess a systems-thinking mindset. You enjoy deconstructing complex customer journeys into scalable workflows, considering dependencies, edge cases, and customer scenarios, and take pride in creating systems that operate reliably at scale.
• You have excellent written communication skills and a strong focus on customer-centric messaging. You can discern between copy that benefits the customer and copy that benefits us.
• You are enthusiastic about building from the ground up and finding solutions. You derive genuine satisfaction from well-constructed processes and experiences, viewing a blank slate as an opportunity rather than a challenge.
• You are proficient with AI, having a proven history of utilizing it to solve problems and enhance your work.
• Nice To Have:
• Familiarity with lifecycle marketing platforms such as Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar CRM tools.
• Proficiency in French.
