This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee client management, growth, and strategy by leading all client communications, which include weekly or bi-weekly calls and asynchronous updates.

• Serve as the main point of contact for client stakeholders (such as owners and CMOs), managing issue lists, action items, and post-mortems to cultivate long-term relationships based on trust, expertise, and measurable business outcomes.

• Actively identify and implement strategies to enhance client monthly recurring revenue (MRR), overall revenue, and profitability.

• This encompasses analyzing performance metrics, spotting optimization opportunities, and executing successful marketing campaigns.

• Function as a fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO): deeply comprehend client businesses, establish goals, and devise strategies that drive pipeline growth, revenue, and profit.

• Act as the primary strategic point of contact for clients, conducting regular performance reviews, reporting, and roadmap discussions.

• Identify and spearhead upsell or cross-sell opportunities supported by data and aligned with client business objectives.

• Initiate and manage contract renewals and extensions to ensure enduring client partnerships and revenue stability.

• Collaborate with clients to set clear, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound goals, ensuring their successful achievement through diligent project management and performance tracking.

• Guide clients through the Marketing Maturity Mountain (M3) framework, assisting them in advancing through various growth stages and implementing suitable marketing strategies at each level.

• Possess strong to expert knowledge of Meta or Google Ads for paid media management, planning, building, and optimizing demand generation and account-based paid campaigns across various platforms (LinkedIn, Google, Microsoft, YouTube, Meta, etc.).

• Consistently monitor and assess paid media performance, delivering comprehensive reports to clients and utilizing data-driven insights to optimize strategies for ongoing improvement.

• Manage budget pacing, forecasting, and ROI tracking, ensuring expenditures align with pipeline and revenue objectives.

• Stay current with platform trends, certifications, and tools to continuously enhance B2B performance.

• Provide clear, data-driven reports and strategic performance insights that correlate paid media results with business key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per lead (CPL), pipeline value, SQL conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and annual recurring revenue (ARR) impact.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of practical paid media experience in B2B demand generation with demonstrable results.

• Strong client-facing abilities: capable of leading discussions, presenting strategies, and influencing executive stakeholders.

• Expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads; additional experience with programmatic, account-based marketing (ABM) platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase), or intent data tools is a plus.

• Solid business understanding — capable of recognizing how marketing influences pipeline, revenue, and customer lifetime value in complex B2B sales cycles.

• Proficient in campaign strategy, execution, analysis, and data storytelling.

• Comfortable overseeing multiple client relationships and priorities, with a keen attention to detail and processes.

• Basic knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO), search engine optimization (SEO), and creative strategy.

• Basic familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM tracking (Salesforce).
