• Leading the evolution of wealth management.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the local liaison to central teams including Paid, Partnerships, Creative, Web/SEO, Lifecycle, Analytics, and Product.

• Market Insight & Channel Analysis: Create and sustain an up-to-date overview of the United Kingdom market landscape.

• Insights on HNWI Acquisition: Identify and refine High Net Worth Individual personas and messaging strategies.

• Enhance Customer Experience Across Key Interactions: Spot deficiencies in localized resources.

• Transform Insights into Opportunities: Turn findings into actionable briefs.

• Positioning, Naming & Copy Adaptation: Modify product names and tone to suit the market.

• Brand Reputation & Safety Monitoring: Track brand mentions and proactively flag potential issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-12+ years of experience as a senior growth or marketing generalist with a strong understanding of the local market.

• Proven ownership of positioning, messaging, and channel strategy.

• Experience as a crypto user (familiar with wallets, exchanges, and earning products) and in-depth knowledge of local crypto culture, media, and terminology.

• Outstanding writing skills and proficiency in English.

• Strong analytical skills: adept with GA4, attribution/MMP dashboards, and competitive/traffic analysis tools.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills: empowers central teams to operate more efficiently.

• Proactive mindset, organized thinking, and high editorial standards.

• Experience in fintech/crypto scale-ups; established network within key publishers, creators, and events; proven track record in building small local teams once traction is established.
