Growth Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and enhance the entire talent acquisition process from start to finish (view → click → registration → application → hire), pinpointing bottlenecks and boosting conversion rates, speed, and efficiency.

• Ensure a steady supply of high-quality talent across various markets by anticipating needs, comprehending hiring demands, volumes, and timelines to proactively address potential talent shortages.

• Develop, implement, and expand performance acquisition campaigns across various external channels (Social Ads, Google Ads, Job Boards), maximizing impact, effectiveness, and return on investment.

• Activate, engage, and re-engage candidates through CRM, email, push notifications, and in-app communications to guarantee ongoing talent availability and swift response times.

• Track and refine unit economics and key performance indicators (CPA, conversion rates, funnel efficiency), overseeing budget distribution and performance results.

• Conduct ongoing growth experiments to discover and amplify new channels, audiences, messaging, and value propositions.

• Utilize AI and automation as fundamental components of the workflow, enhancing decision-making, expediting execution, and minimizing repetitive manual tasks.

• Create dashboards, reports, and analyses that convert complex data into straightforward, actionable insights, aiding growth and business decisions.

• Work closely with Product, Operations, Tech, and Data teams to eliminate barriers, improve candidate experience, and scale impactful initiatives across markets.

• Clearly communicate performance, insights, lessons learned, and recommendations, directly influencing how Job&Talent expands and allocates resources globally.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Growth, Performance Marketing, User Acquisition, Analytics, or other analytical or performance-driven roles, preferably in a high-growth or marketplace setting.

• A curious mindset and eagerness to understand how funnels, user behavior, analytics, and performance drivers function.

• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable operating in dynamic environments with changing priorities.

• Ability to take ownership, solve problems, and swiftly transition from ideas to execution.

• An interest in technology, AI, and automation; possessing a tech-savvy mindset is a significant advantage.

• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; experience with SQL, Looker, Amplitude, or similar tools is a bonus.

• Exceptional communication skills with a mandatory C2 level of English proficiency.
