• Implement and manage paid media campaigns across designated MEA regions.
• Oversee daily operations of campaigns on both global and MEA-specific performance platforms.
• Establish campaign frameworks, audience targeting, bidding strategies, budgets, and creative rotations.
• Conduct daily monitoring of campaign performance.
• Assist in the optimization of paid media campaigns to align with established goals.
• Aid in budget management and provide recommendations for reallocations.
• Support the development of structured testing roadmaps.
• Coordinate the workflows for performance-related creative materials.
• Collaborate with creative teams, localization experts, and regional stakeholders.
• Analyze the effectiveness of performance creative.
• Maintain thorough documentation for campaigns, testing trackers, and launch schedules.
• Generate regular performance reports and summaries of insights.
• Work alongside analytics, data science, and measurement teams.
• Facilitate coordination with agencies, platform partners, and vendors.
• Stay updated on MEA platform changes and regional media trends.
• 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, paid media, digital marketing, or marketing operations.
• Practical experience in executing or supporting paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, or similar performance channels.
• Strong skills in campaign operations.
• Working knowledge of paid search, paid social, app acquisition, display advertising, retargeting, and shopping campaigns.
• Ability to evaluate campaign performance and pinpoint actionable optimization opportunities.
• Familiarity with key performance indicators, including CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rate.
• Professional or native-level fluency in English is required.
• Professional or native-level fluency in Arabic or Hebrew is preferred.
