This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Execute and provide support for paid media campaigns across designated EU markets, which includes campaign setup, quality assurance, launch, monitoring, pacing, optimization, and reporting.

• Oversee daily campaign operations across global and EU-specific performance platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other relevant regional paid media channels.

• Establish campaign structures, audience targeting, bidding strategies, budgets, creative rotations, tracking parameters, and platform settings in accordance with approved growth plans.

• Conduct daily monitoring of campaign performance and identify issues related to spend pacing, delivery, tracking, creative fatigue, audience performance, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and other essential KPIs.

• Assist in optimizing paid media campaigns against objectives such as new customer acquisition, revenue generation, ROAS, CAC, lifetime value (LTV), payback period, contribution margin, and conversion rates.

• Provide recommendations for budget pacing and reallocation across markets, platforms, campaigns, ad groups, audiences, and creative assets.

• Aid in the development of structured testing roadmaps across creative elements, audiences, bids, landing pages, campaign structures, offers, localization, and platform features.

• Coordinate performance creative workflows, which include briefing, asset trafficking, localization, naming conventions, version control, approvals, uploads, and post-launch performance tracking.

• Collaborate with creative, localization, and regional stakeholders to ensure that ads are accurate, culturally relevant, compliant with platform standards, and aligned with performance testing requirements.

• Analyze performance of creative content by format, hook, message, offer, language, market, audience, placement, and funnel stage.

• Maintain comprehensive campaign documentation, testing trackers, launch calendars, quality assurance checklists, naming conventions, UTM standards, and reporting procedures.

• Support measurement initiatives, including incrementality tests, geo tests, platform lift studies, holdout tests, attribution analysis, and cohort reporting.

• Prepare regular performance reports, insights summaries, test readouts, and updates on campaign performance for managers and cross-functional partners.

• Conduct quality assurance on tracking, attribution, pixels, conversion events, product feeds, landing URLs, UTMs, and campaign taxonomy to ensure accurate reporting.

• Collaborate with analytics, data science, and measurement partners to validate campaign data and resolve reporting discrepancies.

• Assist in coordinating with agencies, platform partners, and vendors, including campaign requests, asset delivery, performance follow-ups, billing inputs, and meeting preparations.

• Stay updated on platform changes, regional media trends, auction dynamics, competitive shifts, and performance benchmarks.

• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, campaign quality assurance, reporting accuracy, creative testing processes, and execution speed.


⛳️ Requirements

• Hands-on experience in executing or supporting paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, or comparable performance channels.

• Experience with EU-specific platforms or similar regional paid media platforms is highly preferred.

• Strong skills in campaign operations, including campaign setup, trafficking, quality assurance, budget pacing, naming conventions, tracking, and performance reporting.

• Working knowledge of paid search, paid social, app acquisition, display advertising, retargeting, shopping campaigns, catalog ads, and feed-based advertising.

• Ability to analyze campaign performance and pinpoint practical optimization opportunities.

• Familiarity with key performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, payback period, retention, and contribution margin.

• Exposure to incrementality measurement, platform lift studies, holdout testing, geo testing, attribution analysis, or media mix measurement is preferred.

• Experience in supporting creative testing and translating performance outcomes into clear creative insights.

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns, markets, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, reporting tools, and campaign management platforms.

• Organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of navigating across multiple markets, channels, campaigns, and stakeholders.

• Professional fluency or native-level proficiency in English is required.

• Professional fluency or native-level proficiency in German, French, Italian, Polish, or other European languages is strongly preferred.
