Growth & Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement and enhance marketing campaigns and outreach strategies across various channels.

• Research and identify target accounts and key contacts to support the outreach plan.

• Create and refine outreach messaging, encompassing emails, sequences, and campaign materials.

• Oversee and carry out outreach activities, including email campaigns and follow-ups using CRM tools like Pipedrive.

• Initiate contact with potential clients to foster engagement and aid in lead generation efforts.

• Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign performance and outreach success, pinpointing areas for enhancement.

• Manage timelines, tasks, and deliverables for assigned marketing and outreach projects.

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to synchronize messaging, campaigns, and outreach activities.

• Update and maintain website content while supporting performance tracking and optimization efforts.

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, including follow-up outreach and engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience is preferred.

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, outreach, lead generation, or a related field is required.

• Proven experience in executing marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives with measurable results.

• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive) and marketing platforms is preferred.

• Experience in a SaaS, healthcare technology/IT, or healthcare B2B setting is highly preferred.

• Background in a startup or scaling organization is highly desirable.
