This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +18 more states.
β’ Develop and implement integrated acquisition strategies across both web and app ecosystems.
β’ Manage performance marketing channels such as Meta, Google (Search, Display, App Campaigns), Programmatic partners, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, and Affiliate networks.
β’ Create and enhance full-funnel acquisition campaigns aimed at efficiency, scalability, and attracting high-quality subscribers.
β’ Organize and spearhead continuous experimentation involving: Creative concepts, Audience targeting, Bidding strategies, Landing pages and app store assets, Trial flows, and onboarding experiences.
β’ Discover and activate new growth opportunities (e.g., influencers, podcast advertising, emerging platforms).
β’ Oversee KPIs throughout the acquisition funnel: CAC / CPI / CPT, ROAS, Trial start rate, Subscription conversion rate, Retention, and LTV:CAC ratios.
β’ Collaborate with Data teams to enhance attribution models (web + mobile), ensure precise event tracking, and improve measurement frameworks.
β’ 4 - 6+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition in web and/or mobile environments.
β’ Proven experience managing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and at least one additional growth channel.
β’ Background in consumer subscription businesses, particularly with trial-based products.
β’ Deep understanding of subscription economics, LTV modeling, and funnel optimization.
β’ Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets while optimizing for CAC and ROAS targets.
β’ Practical experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
β’ Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker or similar BI tools, and Excel or Sheets.
β’ Knowledge of mobile attribution and privacy frameworks, including AppsFlyer, SKAdNetwork, and ATT.
