• Develop and implement integrated acquisition strategies across both web and app ecosystems.
• Manage performance marketing channels such as Meta, Google (Search, Display, App Campaigns), Programmatic partners, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, and Affiliate networks.
• Create and enhance full-funnel acquisition campaigns aimed at efficiency, scalability, and attracting high-quality subscribers.
• Organize and spearhead continuous experimentation involving: Creative concepts, Audience targeting, Bidding strategies, Landing pages and app store assets, Trial flows, and onboarding experiences.
• Discover and activate new growth opportunities (e.g., influencers, podcast advertising, emerging platforms).
• Oversee KPIs throughout the acquisition funnel: CAC / CPI / CPT, ROAS, Trial start rate, Subscription conversion rate, Retention, and LTV:CAC ratios.
• Collaborate with Data teams to enhance attribution models (web + mobile), ensure precise event tracking, and improve measurement frameworks.
• 4 - 6+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition in web and/or mobile environments.
• Proven experience managing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and at least one additional growth channel.
• Background in consumer subscription businesses, particularly with trial-based products.
• Deep understanding of subscription economics, LTV modeling, and funnel optimization.
• Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets while optimizing for CAC and ROAS targets.
• Practical experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker or similar BI tools, and Excel or Sheets.
• Knowledge of mobile attribution and privacy frameworks, including AppsFlyer, SKAdNetwork, and ATT.
