Growth Marketing Manager, SEM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement and enhance Thumbtack’s paid search strategy by discovering new avenues for customer and professional growth.

• Oversee, refine, and expand the SEM program across Google and Microsoft while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Create a roadmap for experimentation involving ad copy, keywords, bidding strategies, and more.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data science, analytics, and engineering to develop automation and scalable tools.

• Take ownership of tracking, attribution, and evaluation of performance metrics (iROAS, incrementality, lift, etc.) utilizing both in-house and third-party data.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in paid digital advertising, demonstrating a successful track record in enhancing and scaling ad programs with defined conversion volume and efficiency targets.

• Proven experience in boosting the performance of SEM campaigns through testing, optimization, automation, and creative approaches.

• Capability to manage relationships with a diverse range of ad vendors and partners.

• Proficiency in defining and executing a 6-12 month strategic roadmap with ambitious milestones.

• Familiarity with TROAS and LTV bidding methodologies.

• Strong skills in data analytics (including pivot tables, vlookups, and basic modeling).

• Excellent command of generative AI and automation tools, along with a history of their integration into everyday SEM operations and analysis.
