Growth Marketing Manager, SEM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Implement and enhance Thumbtack’s paid search strategy while identifying new avenues for customer and professional growth.

• Oversee, optimize, and expand the SEM program on Google and Microsoft, meeting key performance indicators.

• Create a roadmap for experimentation involving ad copy, keywords, bidding, and additional elements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in data science, analytics, and engineering to develop automation and scalable tools.

• Take charge of tracking, attribution, and measurement of performance metrics (iROAS, incrementality, lift, etc.) utilizing a blend of in-house and third-party data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in paid digital advertising, with a demonstrated history of enhancing and scaling ad programs focused on specific conversion volume and efficiency objectives.

• Proven ability to boost the performance of SEM campaigns through testing, optimization, automation, and creativity.

• Skilled in managing relationships with a diverse portfolio of advertising vendors and partners.

• Competent in defining and executing a 6-12 month roadmap with ambitious milestones.

• Familiarity with TROAS and LTV bidding.

• Strong data analytics capabilities (including pivot tables, vlookups, and basic modeling).

• Proficient in generative AI and automation tools, with a successful track record of incorporating them into daily SEM execution and analysis.
