This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Take full ownership of the complete funnel architecture: Strategically design and manage the entire user journey, beginning with the paid acquisition strategy and extending to the channels and funnels that support the challenge business. This encompasses creating comprehensive campaigns, high-converting landing pages, and email sequences that guide leads all the way to sign-up.
• Lead the quality control of creative content: Manage the hooks, angles, and key performance copy. We avoid generic advertisements. You will possess a keen eye for effective creative elements, collaborating with designers and editors to ensure every ad resonates with the psychology of the target audience.
• Enhance performance and ROI: Assume full responsibility for the financial outcomes of your expenditures. You will monitor metrics daily to ensure we are generating revenue instead of incurring losses, adjusting budgets, and refining funnel logic based on concrete data.
• Develop audience strategy: Take charge of the strategy behind traffic generation. Identify new audience segments, implement warming strategies for our current audience, and comprehend the thoughts of individuals when they click, as well as how to guide them through the funnel (using simple quizzes, commitment hooks) to maximize conversions.
• Implement lifecycle journeys: Ensure a seamless transition from Meta lead to challenge participant. Manage the tools and tracking systems that keep users engaged from their first click through to the final product.
• Meta Ads specialist: Extensive, hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and a successful history of scaling paid spend for info-products, webinars, or digital challenges.
• Info-product mindset: You grasp the narrative-driven aspect of selling a challenge or transformation compared to a standard SaaS product and know how to leverage urgency and value to boost sign-ups.
• Analytical and data-driven: You thrive in analytics and make all decisions based on data. You can identify a leak in the funnel before it impacts the bottom line.
• Technical funnel builder: Proficient with Typeform, landing page builders, and CRM software to create the infrastructure necessary for your funnels.
• Creative strategist: You can easily identify a generic ad. You know how to brief and refine high-performing creative content that captures attention and drives conversions.
• Category experience: You have experience working with audiences and campaigns in finance, crypto, trading, e-products, or e-commerce.
• Direct communicator: You express yourself clearly in UK English, have a proactive approach, and excel in a lean, high-output team where you take ownership of results.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with search/SEO and Google campaigns.
