This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns (digital, email, content, events) across a variety of genotyping products and services.
• Execute comprehensive, multichannel campaigns (digital, content, events, email) that drive strategic account growth, cross-selling, and upselling efforts, including the creation of automated nurture streams to effectively engage prospects and streamline lead progression through the sales funnel.
• Formulate and execute organic social media strategies, which involve creating template LinkedIn posts and providing guidance to ensure consistent messaging and engagement throughout the broader LGC commercial team.
• Assist in impactful product launches with customized go-to-market campaigns, collaborating closely with Product Management and Commercial teams.
• Plan and organize tradeshows and industry events, handling logistics, booth preparation, promotions, collateral, and cross-functional coordination for seamless execution, including attendance at a minimum of one to two events each calendar year.
• Propel new business and expansion through account-based marketing (ABM) strategies tailored to high-priority segments and specific customer needs.
• Work in partnership with Sales and Product Management to ensure that messaging, targeting, and timing are fully synchronized with business priorities.
• Employ a test-and-learn approach to campaign development, utilizing experimentation to optimize messaging, channels, and tactics, and iterating based on performance insights.
• Oversee campaign-related lead imports and conduct initial quality assurance checks to ensure leads are properly routed, facilitating smooth follow-up, in collaboration with the Marketing Operations team as needed for system support.
• Collaborate with distribution teams to promote growth within indirect channels, ensuring alignment on messaging, targeting, and campaign strategies.
• Partner with Sales to create and deliver sales enablement materials (e.g., sell sheets and follow-up templates) that enhance effective outreach, boost conversion rates, and reinforce campaign messaging.
• Actively cultivate internal and external networks to gather Voice of Customer (VoC) insights and identify Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), aiding in the shaping of campaign messaging, uncovering unmet needs, and strengthening go-to-market strategies.
• Effectively communicate marketing plans, priorities, and campaign results to internal stakeholders through regular updates, dashboards, and presentations, ensuring alignment, transparency, and shared accountability across teams.
• Generate high-quality content including application notes, case studies, sales enablement tools, and campaign assets that align with partner and customer needs.
• Track and analyze campaign performance (MQLs, conversion rates, ROI), offering insights and recommendations for enhancing impact.
• Leverage AI tools and marketing automation platforms to scale execution and improve targeting, segmentation, and content efficiency.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of marketing processes, systems, and best practices throughout the wider team.
• Foster strong cross-functional relationships and serve as a strategic marketing partner to internal stakeholders.
• Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the agrigenomics, life sciences, diagnostics, or healthcare technology industries.
• Familiarity with campaign planning and execution, demonstrating a clear understanding of demand generation, lead nurturing, and sales enablement.
• Ability to navigate a diverse product portfolio while managing multiple projects at once.
• Exceptional prioritization skills, capable of assessing urgency versus impact and acting accordingly.
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities, with experience working across Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
• A growth mindset characterized by a proactive, solution-oriented approach and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Proficient in using marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, MCAE, Salesforce) and project management systems (Asana).
• An analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable enhancements.
• A self-motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, capable of working independently while remaining aligned with team objectives.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
