This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of creating and executing lifecycle communication programs, which include onboarding sequences, nurture flows, re-engagement campaigns, and product update emails.
• Oversee HubSpot as the main platform for campaign execution, including the development of landing pages, email sequences, and list segmentation.
• Facilitate the operational support of multi-channel growth campaigns by utilizing both internal experts and external specialists, ensuring activities are coordinated and tracked against defined KPIs.
• Serve as the internal liaison between LandTech and external growth specialists, ensuring that briefs are precise and results are accountable.
• Maintain dashboards and reporting views in HubSpot that provide real-time insights into pipeline contributions, email performance, and campaign ROI.
• Collaborate closely with Content and Product Marketing to ensure that campaigns are effectively briefed, assets are delivered on schedule, and messaging remains consistent.
• Assist the Sales team by providing campaign context and ensuring a seamless and well-documented transition of marketing-qualified leads.
• Occasionally support activities in the US market as necessary, tailoring campaigns and communications for a different audience context.
• 2–4 years of experience in growth or campaign marketing, specifically in a B2B SaaS or subscription context.
• Proficient hands-on experience with HubSpot is essential, particularly in areas such as email, workflows, landing pages, lists, and reporting.
• HubSpot Marketing Hub certification is advantageous.
• Proven experience in building and managing lifecycle or nurture programs, with clear evidence of performance enhancement.
• Comfortable coordinating with external agencies or specialists, possessing strong skills in briefing and accountability.
• A strong analytical mindset capable of converting campaign data into clear and actionable insights.
• Familiarity with SEO and paid media fundamentals, adequate for briefing external specialists and critically assessing their work.
• Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing track of details.
• Familiarity with CMS tools and basic HTML is an advantage, especially regarding HubSpot page management.
• Knowledge of the UK planning or property development sector is a plus, though not mandatory.
