• Oversee paid media campaigns across global and EU-specific performance platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other relevant regional paid media platforms.
• Enhance campaigns in alignment with business objectives such as new customer acquisition, revenue, ROAS, CAC, LTV, contribution margin, conversion rate, and payback period.
• Formulate budget allocation strategies across markets, channels, campaigns, audiences, and funnel stages based on performance, incrementality, and growth potential.
• Direct performance creative testing across various paid social, search, display, app, and regional media platforms.
• Collaborate with creative teams to design, test, and refine performance assets, including static ads, short-form videos, UGC-style creatives, localized messaging, promotional materials, landing page concepts, and app install assets.
• Construct and oversee structured testing roadmaps for audiences, bidding strategies, campaign structures, creative concepts, offers, landing pages, and platform-specific optimization tactics.
• Evaluate campaign performance by market, channel, audience, creative, product category, device, and customer segment to pinpoint opportunities for scaling and efficiency.
• Spearhead measurement initiatives across attribution, incrementality, media mix insights, geo testing, holdout testing, lift studies, cohort analysis, and LTV-based optimization.
• Collaborate with analytics and data science teams to enhance performance reporting, attribution accuracy, incrementality measurement, and decision-making frameworks.
• Assess platform-reported performance against internal measurements, incrementality, and business-level outcomes.
• Maintain relationships with media platforms, regional paid media partners, and performance agencies to boost campaign performance and gain access to beta opportunities.
• Track performance trends, auction dynamics, competitive intensity, CPM/CPC/CVR shifts, and platform changes across EU markets.
• Present performance results, insights, risks, and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, paid media, or digital acquisition, ideally within eCommerce, marketplace, retail, consumer technology, subscription, beauty, health and wellness, or mobile app sectors.
• Direct experience managing paid media campaigns across various EU markets.
• In-depth platform knowledge across major global paid media channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
• Familiarity with EU-specific performance platforms or similar regional paid media channels.
• Strong understanding of paid search, paid social, app acquisition, display, retargeting, shopping campaigns, feed-based advertising, and marketplace media.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize significant paid media budgets across diverse markets and channels.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience measuring CAC, ROAS, LTV, payback period, conversion rate, retention, contribution margin, and cohort performance.
• Background in incrementality measurement, including geo tests, conversion lift studies, holdout tests, matched market tests, or media mix modeling inputs.
• Strong grasp of attribution limitations, platform-reported bias, privacy changes, signal loss, and measurement tradeoffs.
• Experience in developing creative testing frameworks and converting performance data into actionable creative recommendations.
• Proven track record as a hands-on performance marketer with extensive expertise in paid media platforms, regional EU media ecosystems, creative testing, campaign optimization, and incrementality-based measurement.
• Ability to evaluate creative performance based on hook, message, offer, format, audience, localization, and funnel stage.
• Highly analytical, adept at managing large budgets, and skilled in adjusting performance strategies across various EU markets.
• Professional fluency or native-level fluency in English is required.
• Professional fluency or native-level fluency in German, French, Italian, Polish, or other European languages is strongly preferred.
