This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of growth for a group of 5-8 clients within our direct response and information marketing division.

• Lead a multidisciplinary team, overseeing a media buyer, copywriter, and project manager.

• Define the strategic vision for each client's marketing efforts, including offer positioning, funnel strategy, creative direction, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Analyze performance across accounts and make strategic decisions that require critical judgment.

• Conduct client meetings with a structured agenda, performance insights, and actionable recommendations.

• Guarantee that each client has well-documented objectives and specific KPIs.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in direct response, information/coaching, or performance marketing settings where you have been accountable for client outcomes, not merely deliverables.

• Proven experience managing a team; this is not your first time overseeing the performance of others.

• Competence across various marketing disciplines: while you don't need to be the top media buyer, copywriter, or funnel builder, you should have a clear understanding of quality standards in these areas.

• Background in offer strategy and positioning, including pricing, packaging, and insights into what drives conversions in the information/coaching sector.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor your communication style based on your audience.

• Experience in asynchronous-first work environments.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools where they can enhance productivity—such as in data analysis, research, and consolidation—and discerning when they are not beneficial.
