• Develop and implement comprehensive **B2B demand generation strategies** that align with revenue objectives.
• Design and enhance **full-funnel marketing journeys** (awareness → acquisition → nurture → conversion).
• Create scalable pipeline systems that consistently produce **qualified leads**.
• Utilize **AI tools and marketing technology** to boost campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Plan and execute **multi-channel campaigns** (LinkedIn, email, paid media, outbound).
• Oversee and refine **LinkedIn performance marketing campaigns**.
• Develop high-converting **lead magnets** (reports, guides, insights).
• Implement **Account-Based Marketing & Sales (ABM/ABMS)** strategies.
• Construct structured **lead nurturing and prospecting campaigns**.
• Collaborate with content teams to transform **thought leadership into demand-generating assets**.
• Work closely with **sales, recruitment, and business development teams**.
• Partner with internal SMEs and external collaborators to execute campaigns.
• Implement and manage **marketing automation workflows**.
• Optimize the use of **CRM and automation platforms**.
• Continuously enhance **landing pages, funnels, and conversion paths**.
• Monitor and report on **pipeline contribution, lead volume, and ROI**.
• Track KPIs such as **CPL, conversion rates, and engagement metrics**.
• Utilize data-driven insights to consistently improve campaign performance.
• Over 10 years of experience in **B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing**.
• Demonstrated success in building **pipeline-generating marketing systems**.
• Strong proficiency in **Account-Based Marketing (ABM/ABMS)**.
• Experience within the **technology, consulting, or professional services industries**.
• Deep comprehension of **B2B buyer journeys and marketing funnels**.
• Practical experience with **CRM and marketing automation tools**.
• Robust analytical and data-driven approach.
• Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
