This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Taking charge of and enhancing Fieldwire’s website experience, optimizing messaging, navigation, and conversion on high-traffic pages.
• Analyzing visitor-to-signup and visitor-to-demo conversion rates to identify friction points and implement data-driven enhancements.
• Developing and expanding lifecycle marketing initiatives including lead nurturing, onboarding, re-engagement, and activation.
• Designing and executing an experimentation framework across website and lifecycle channels.
• Collaborating with the Content Manager to ensure high-value content is effectively disseminated.
• Assisting with digital enhancements for CrewCenter, Fieldwire's sister brand.
• Contributing to international expansion efforts by adapting strategies for key non-English speaking markets.
• Providing regular performance reports on website, funnel, and lifecycle metrics.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in digital or growth marketing within a B2B SaaS company, demonstrating ownership of CRO, website, or lifecycle programs.
• Hands-on experience with Marketo or a similar marketing automation platform.
• Familiarity with A/B testing tools and a systematic approach to experimentation.
• Proficiency in analytics platforms such as GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment where priorities may change frequently.
