This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Oversee both professional and personal scheduling for the Chief Revenue Officer, which includes managing agendas, emails, calls, travel arrangements, client relations, and company logistics, while ensuring alignment with the priorities of executive leadership.
• Facilitate intricate scheduling and comprehensive calendar management, as well as the flow of information to senior executives and the CEO’s office to maintain coherence on priorities, communications, and organizational initiatives.
• Assist in the cadence of executive leadership by managing agendas, preparing necessary materials, and ensuring follow-ups for leadership and executive committee meetings.
• Organize, coordinate, and manage travel and related activities for senior executives, encompassing hotel reservations, transportation, and logistics for both internal and external meetings.
• Lead the coordination and logistics for executive offsites, sales kickoffs, leadership meetings, and large-scale external events, ensuring flawless execution.
• Monitor executive action items, decisions, and cross-functional deliverables to guarantee timely execution of business priorities while upholding professionalism and strict confidentiality.
• Execute additional responsibilities as reasonably necessary in alignment with the role's objectives.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative position directly reporting to upper management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong time-management skills with the capability to organize and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with a willingness and aptitude to learn new software and systems.
