This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete execution and optimization across various paid channels, including Meta, Google, Apple, Amazon, and emerging platforms.
• Oversee paid search, paid social, display advertising, marketplace promotions, and retargeting initiatives.
• Foster channel diversification while upholding strict CAC and ROAS objectives.
• Routinely experiment with new audiences, creative content, bidding approaches, and ad placements.
• Develop and implement comprehensive campaigns that align with acquisition, activation, and revenue targets.
• Manage budgets across different channels, making adjustments based on performance insights.
• Ensure precise campaign tracking, including the correct UTM structure and governance.
• Administer reporting frameworks to assess CAC, ROAS, LTV, and incremental growth.
• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing positions.
• Demonstrated responsibility for paid media budgets on platforms such as Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, Amazon, and others.
• Strong skills in Word, Excel (forecasting, modeling, pivot tables), and PowerPoint for executive-level reporting.
• Familiarity with tools like Rockerbox, Measured, Improvado, AppsFlyer, Looker, GA4, Tableau, or similar BI and Martech solutions.
• Thorough knowledge of UTM parameters, tracking frameworks, attribution models, and performance indicators.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify and Amazon.
• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to convert data insights into actionable strategies.
