• Lead and enhance onboarding and activation marketing initiatives that promote account growth and strengthen the Twilio brand.
• Create and implement AI-driven, data-informed campaigns that personalize engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Manage and execute omnichannel campaigns across email, website, Twilio Console, SMS, and in-app channels.
• Work alongside campaign managers to ensure proper alignment and cross-promotion within automated nurtures and broader growth initiatives.
• Identify and activate high-impact lifecycle moments to reveal relevant upsell and promotional opportunities.
• Analyze customer feedback and sentiment to derive insights that guide messaging, timing, and channel experiments.
• Design and conduct experiments to test and improve onboarding and activation strategies.
• Collaborate with the Analytics team to develop data-driven programs utilizing Twilio Segment and other tools.
• Continuously assess performance and leverage insights to refine strategy and enhance expansion results.
• Over 5 years of experience in growth marketing, focusing on onboarding, cross-selling, upselling, and program management within a SaaS setting.
• Proficient in utilizing AI for executing various stages of the campaign production process.
• Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation tools is crucial; familiarity with Twilio Segment or reverse ETL platforms is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement omnichannel campaigns driven by customer behavior and data signals.
• In-depth understanding of the customer lifecycle and the ability to identify relevant expansion opportunities.
• Preference for candidates with strong skills in crafting persuasive sales copy and utilizing behavioral and psychological principles to enhance engagement and conversion.
• A strong data-driven mindset with a keen interest in analyzing performance metrics, creating pivot tables, and deriving actionable insights.
• Ability to independently analyze data, extract insights, and recommend actions.
• Proficient in managing complex, multi-team projects with precision and clarity.
