This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Execute paid search, paid social, display/retargeting, and content syndication initiatives to meet pipeline objectives established by Revenue Marketing.
β’ Collaborate with the SVP of Marketing and Content team to implement SEO and AEO strategies.
β’ Conduct A/B testing and optimize conversion rates across landing pages, forms, and CTAs.
β’ Monitor and report on conversion metrics from lead to qualified pipeline, including MQL-to-SQL ratios and performance by channel.
β’ Develop and oversee nurture sequences, lead scoring frameworks, and lifecycle email campaigns within the marketing automation system.
β’ Facilitate programmatic customer growth through automated adoption sequences, expansion triggers, and engagement initiatives.
β’ Collaborate with Customer Success and Revenue Marketing to execute lifecycle and expansion programs.
β’ Partner with the marketing operations team on Salesforce/HubSpot reporting, attribution, and data management.
β’ Coordinate lead management, routing, and lead scoring optimization.
β’ Act as the primary contact for marketing operations, addressing issues and ensuring smooth program execution.
β’ 4β6 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing within the B2B SaaS sector.
β’ Proficient in using CRM and marketing automation platforms, with a preference for HubSpot.
β’ Capable of independently managing paid media initiatives across search, social, and display channels.
β’ Knowledgeable about multi-touch attribution models and pipeline reporting.
β’ Experience in building or maintaining nurture and lifecycle programs.
β’ Possess strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and inclined to take action over excessive analysis.
β’ Familiarity with intent signal platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase is advantageous.
β’ Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and developing programs without extensive pre-existing infrastructure.
β’ π° Competitive Compensation. For this role, our salary is targeted at $146,000 - $176,000 per year. Final offer amounts are influenced by factors such as experience and expertise. We employ a geo-neutral compensation strategy within the US, meaning our pay is based on job function and level, rather than location.
