This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of the demand engine from start to finish—strategizing, executing, and analyzing outcomes related to pipeline generation, lead quality, and conversion rates.
• Serve as both a contributor and mentor for customer acquisition across various verticals, providing guidance while being actively involved in multiple digital marketing initiatives.
• Develop and manage customer acquisition strategies tailored for our ideal customer profile across different verticals, including targeting, channel selection, budget allocation, performance measurement, and quarterly goals (MQL, SQL/PQL, pipeline, CAC/LTV).
• Transform strategic plans into actionable roadmaps, calendars, and briefs that encompass campaigns, launches, and ongoing programs to empower channel marketing managers, designers, writers, and the web team to execute seamlessly.
• Establish hypothesis-driven objectives; prioritize initiatives based on anticipated impact, cost, and confidence levels.
• Create compounding systems (content, SEO, retargeting, nurturing; referrals/advocacy; partner co-marketing) that enhance efficiency over time.
• Conduct structured experiments (A/B/MV) across advertisements, offers, landing pages, and nurturing flows; systematize the insights gained.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on messaging, offers, competitive positioning, and product launches specific to the vertical.
• Coordinate with Sales/SDR leadership to align targets, streamline handoffs, and establish feedback loops; support with pitch materials and objection handling strategies.
• Work alongside channel managers and customer success teams to implement lifecycle triggers, scoring, and routing mechanisms that accelerate lead response times and meeting scheduling.
• Define objectives and key results that align with company goals, driving collaboration across functional teams within the vertical to ensure success.
• Create and/or maintain basic reporting systems to track the health of the vertical, strategy, and execution, while collaborating with specialists for more intricate needs.
• Attribute impact to specific channels/campaigns; model CAC, payback periods, and LTV by segment.
• Ensure data integrity and uphold tracking standards across all campaigns and web properties.
• Establish a regular operating rhythm (weekly planning sessions, standups, post-mortems) and maintain decision logs, playbooks, and SLAs with Sales/SDR.
• Collaborate with Operations on lead management (scoring, routing, enrichment) and ensure forecast accuracy.
• Adhere to compliance with privacy regulations, consent requirements, and brand guidelines.
• 5–7+ years of experience in digital/growth marketing, with a focus on demand generation, lead management, and conversion in B2B SaaS environments.
• Demonstrated success in scaling multi-channel acquisition efforts while maintaining efficient CAC and delivering measurable pipeline results.
• A strong passion for funnels and loops is essential.
• High analytical and technical skills; adept at translating data insights into actionable strategies.
• Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4) and Salesforce (SFDC) is mandatory.
• Excellent campaign and project management skills; highly organized with a commitment to thorough documentation and follow-through.
• Strong collaboration skills with Sales, RevOps, and Product teams; effective written and verbal communication abilities.
• AI-first mindset: Familiarity with AI technologies and their potential to enhance speed and quality.
• Direct-to-consumer (DTC) experience is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Power BI (preferred) and SQL (preferred) for advanced analysis and self-service insights.
• A solid understanding of internet and web operations (HTTP, tags/cookies, CDNs, DNS, performance, accessibility, SEO) is a strong advantage.
