Growth Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily management of Meta campaigns

• Conduct creative testing through briefing, launching, and analyzing ad creatives

• Increase spending profitably while adhering to CAC, ROAS, and nMER targets

• Develop audiences and optimize the marketing funnel

• Provide weekly performance reports with insightful analysis

• Manage day-to-day partnerships for Affiliate

• Oversee the agency relationship for TikTok

• Execute campaigns for Vibe & AppLovin

• Collaborate with the creative team

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of practical performance marketing experience, primarily focused on Meta

• Familiarity with incrementality tools to influence channel decisions

• In-depth, hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager

• Demonstrated success in profitably scaling Meta expenditure within a DTC or CPG context

• Strong creative intuition

• Experience in managing or collaborating with external agencies

• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with creative, product management, and lifecycle marketing teams
